1. Inhale Steam to Clear Your Airways:-
Add Vicks Vaporub into boiling water and inhale its steam from your nose after covering your head with a towel. This will loosen your stuffy nose. Remember to do it slowly as steam can cause severe burns. Similarly, adding a humidifier in your personal room will also aid you against the problem of nasal congestion. Steam inhalation also treats you against irritation of the respiratory tract and thus it is one of the best remedies against congestion. Add Eucalyptus oil to this steaming hot water for better results.
2. Nasal Irrigation or Neti Pot:-
Do Nasal Irrigation or NetiPot exercise of your nose with a bulb syringe. Use water added with salt for this process. It is better if you also add a pinch of baking soda in your Neti pot water. The water you use for this procedure should be sterile and distilled. You can also purchase a special NetiPot vessel for this purpose. NetiPot vessels are also available online these days. 3. Drink More To Stay Hydrated:-
